A note from our President
Hi Neighbors,
We have a few items of deep interest for all members of the Arundel Civic Association (ACA) as well as helpful information. It is of GREAT IMPORTANCE that as a member of the ACA, you attend our next meeting scheduled for Wednesday 10/08/25. The agenda will include the topic of another organization wanting to impede on our process of collecting dues. YOU should made AWARE of the PERTINENT FACTS.
ACA member, Joe McNerney has graciously volunteered his efforts to create a web page for the development.
"FALL BLOCK PARTY" Saturday 10/18/25 from 1PM- 4PM -- Come celebrate your development and your neighbors!!! Chelsea Tavern Food Truck will be available for food purchases. Evergreen Waste Services will have a Trash Truck on hand for the kids to check out. Face painting from 1pm-3pm. Water Ice will be provided (while supplies last) and MUCH MORE!!! This event is not to be confused with ARUNDELFEST which is sponsored by the Arundel Swim Club. Who Thankfully is the same organization that has allowed us to use their parking lot for our event.
I realize last year was a feeble attempt at decorating the entrance for Christmas. Expect something AMAZING this year.
Lastly, Please pay your dues. It's $100.00 for the year. If this is more than you can afford at one time, then split it over two, three, or four months. Those that have paid and continue to pay, THANK YOU!!! Last year, we received dues from less than 67% of the households. This puts a considerable strain on an already tight budget. It is now uder more pressure from increased cost of our biggest expense. Snow removal / salt roads!!! We as a board will always err on the side of caution when it comes to plowing and salting the roads.
